NEET PG 2026 & INICET Nov 2025

Ultimate NEET PG 2026 & INI-CET Nov 2025 Strategy Tailored for Interns & Post-Interns (With or Without a Job)

Hello students. This is Dr. Praveen Tripathi, and with me is the leader himself, Dr. Gobind Rai Garg, sir. Hello everyone. So, Gobind sir, this video is for those students who are going to prepare for your NEET-PG 2026 exam or the November INI CET 25 exam.

Sir, in this video, we tried to do something while creating the schedule. We have tried to, you know, cover the points which are specific for interns. For post-interns who are preparing for a job, they have lesser time and post-interns without a job.

So, it is going to be a detailed strategy and plan. So, Gobind, sir, interns face certain challenges. I mean, in the last couple of years, we have seen some interns perform very well.

So, there are certain advantages also. But many interns, you know, leave the preparation; they say ki agale saal padhenge. So, we need to address those unique challenges before we can come to a conclusion.

Sir, this is something that you talk about a lot. Sir, what exactly is it? So, basically, whenever a student tries to study, whenever they get a little bit of time, they jump on the study, study for 10 hours, 12 hours, continuously for 4 days, 5 days, 7 days. Then there is a lean period, they do not study for 10 days, 12 days, so they waste a lot of time.

So, whatever you have studied 12 hours a day for 7 days, that all goes to waste. So, rather than that, it is more important to maintain a regularity so that you can remember the things, and along with the studies, you can move forward. So, regularity, as Goga sir said, is a big issue.

And you know, just to add to what Goga sir said, many a times, it’s not even in your hands. Say you got a duty, and then in post duty of you are, you know, you are tired, or you got posted in medicine or surgery, where you are getting less time. So, maintaining regularity is one of the biggest challenges.

And the only way to handle the challenge is to have a cohort. By cohort, what do I mean? If there are multiple people who are in the same boat as you are, they also have duties they are also having difficult postings, then you know that you are not the only person. Another thing Goga said is that if there are 100 interns in a batch, probably 25 are going to study, and 75 are very clear from day one that they don’t want to study.

So, these 25 also keep on getting demoralized. And then, you know, they are neither studying nor they are enjoying. So, in case you want to be in this group, you want to enjoy, then enjoy.

But if you want to study, then you have to study properly. There are multiple advantages of preparing for an internship that we will cover. Second thing, you know, when you try to study on your own, again, regularity is difficult to maintain.

But when you have checks and balances, when you know that on this particular day, this is going to happen, this test will be taken, then again, the chances of you becoming regular are more. It’s not going to be easy, but it is possible if you have a cohort and if you have a structure to follow. So, basically for regularity, what is most important is if you have so many people studying with you and you know that my friend will go ahead of me, then obviously more likely that you will stretch yourself and do complete that thing.

So, another important thing is you have proper structure, you know that you have to do this much in this much time, more likely you will be able to come. Time is a problem, Goga sir. It is very clear that interns get lesser time, and so is the case with the people who are in jobs.

So, time is a problem. That is why it becomes very important to be strategically very sound. Your preparation strategy should be in sync with the time available.

If, on day one, Goga sir, somebody gets overconfident or very motivated that I will complete all the main videos, it’s not going to happen. So, we have to be very strategic from day one, and that is why here, Goga sir has mentioned this. There should be no mismatch between the time and the resources.

So, what is the meaning of this, sir? So, basically, you have very little time when you start studying, you feel that I am fear that I will miss out this, I will miss out that and you start studying a source which is too big. So, I am not saying about any particular source, but what I am saying is which thing you are studying like you took the main videos or you start open Harrison that I will complete all the Harrison. So, that will become difficult because you will not be able to complete all the subjects.

So, completing all 19 subjects is very, very important. So, that’s what we mean by source that you need to choose that source wisely, you need to study only that much which can be completed and is essential and which cannot be skipped. So, that is very important.

That is why Goga sir has made specific recommendations for interns, post-interns with jobs and post-interns without jobs. Revisions again are extremely important. All of you know that in medical subjects, if you don’t revise it, you don’t remember it.

So, we have to have a strategy where we ensure that revisions would be done, but all is not bad. It’s not that everything is bad about preparing for an internship; there is a major advantage. Goga, sir, what is the big advantage? The biggest advantage is you have just completed your profs and you are thorough with the knowledge, particularly the big clinical subjects and at present there are around 9 or 10 major clinical subjects which are covered in the last year.

So, you have just given the exam, so you are thorough with medicine, surgery, OBG, PEDS, even ENT, OPTHA. So, bigger subjects and many subjects you are thorough with. So, do not let that advantage go away because if you do not study for 3 months, everything will vanish.

So, that is important. When Goga sir says this, I am sure a lot of you are thinking, but we are not thorough with the final subject, we just study to pass exam. Believe me students, whatever you study to pass exam is also not less.

It also covers a significant chunk of the course, even if you are preparing just to pass the exam. So, even for PG entrance, many of the topics or when we say PYQs, they are those only which you are required to pass the exams. So, do not underestimate that you do not know; you know a lot when you are giving the final year exam.

A little bit of tweaking and a little bit of the art of solving questions, and you see that things are happening. Now, if we talk about the post-interns without a job, say you are done with your internship and say you are done with your bond posting whatever it is, and today you are saying that today I will start studying, but I will appear for the 2026 exam, there are again many challenges. Again, the big challenge of regularity, there the time was less, here you have got say one year, how to use this one year properly, what Goga sir was saying for interns is true for you also.

For a few days, you would study a lot and then have a long lean period. Regularity is going to be a big challenge, again, you need to have a cohort, you need to have a group with which you are studying and a structure. FOMO, Goga sir.

So this is the time you think that you have one year, one and a half years, so I can do almost everything. Why miss anything? This FOMO comes to your mind: I have so much time, why miss anything? So when you come to why to miss anything, the problem is you will start going into one subject in too much depth, and in the end, you will find that either you have covered so much that that is not revisable or you have very little time left for the other important subjects. There are many students, sir. They will start with the main videos, and they will add something from quick revision, from this source, that source. Finally, as you said, no time for either revision or other subjects gets missed.

This is what we mean by lopsided preparation; for 3 subjects, you have covered 5 resources, and for 10 subjects, you have not done even one, and then you are looking for some short note to cover that subject. No, don’t do that. These things can be avoided only and only with the structure. From day one, you should be clear about what exactly you are going to cover, when you are going to cover, when you will revise, and when you will revise the second time, Goga sir. This is a big problem. Because you have one year, you started studying a subject, you do suppose 5-6 subjects in 4 months and after 4 months you will see that you have forgotten the first month subjects.

This commonly happens with everyone, so that is a big problem because the time is more, the longer is the time, the initials that you will tend to forget, so you need a proper structure, how to repetitively revise the things so that you do not forget. 100%, sir. Of course, there are advantages. You have got more time at your disposal and if you structure it properly, of course the chances that you will pass the exam are better. Alright, so Goga, this is a formula that I have written, and this is for INI CET first.

First, in the 90 to 100 days, let us complete the course; next 90 days, revise it 1 or 2 times and then last 15 days right before INI CET another revision and after that we start preparing for NEET-PG in case we are not able to get selected. So this is a good formula: more revisions, concise course, repeatedly revision and do not think that you would be losing a lot. This is something which can be called more precise than concise; let us focus on things that matter.

NEET-2024 was a watershed moment sir, there were 2 sessions, this year also there were 2 sessions and the questions were very interesting, we saw that there were lot of PYT’s asked but they were not straight away lifted from the previous year questions and that told us that concepts are very important, so sir how would that make an impact in the preparation strategy of an intern today? Obviously, one thing which is good for interns is that they have just finished the final year and have already studied a lot of concepts, so they are good with the concepts. So concepts are very important because while solving an MCQ, it may be related to previous year question but little bit change will change the answer, if you know the concept properly then you will not be making that question wrong because you have thorough knowledge that this question if it is asked in this way you can answer this but if it is asked in this way you will need to answer this. So that’s why the concepts play a very important role, Currently, there is no exam, even the FMG exam or PG or INICET exam, in which you can get a good rank without the concepts, so concepts are essential.

Another thing if I can add, say there are 100 topics or 100 points and out of those 100 points there are 2 ways of going through them, one is you try to memorize everything, now your short term memory is loaded but if out of these 100 there were 50 topics which you can remember just with concept, now you don’t have to even revise them, they stay with you, even if there was a long gap you would be able to answer these questions correct, more importantly you have got memory vacant to stuff more information from other subjects, so don’t try to memorize everything, you would not be able to do it and also you would you know burden your brain, things that are fact based you would miss.

Basically how many questions you will solve, so concepts are very important because that will decrease the number of questions which you need to rectify, if the concept is clear then you can do many questions in the same way, like a girl says forget me, he says how can I forget you, I am a student of Cerebellum, my concepts are clear, I have not forgotten you. So that is important.

So again theory is important, knowledge is important but finally you have to answer MCQs, you have to solve MCQs, this is a big problem, lot of students are afraid of taking test, what will happen if I get a bad score, this is sir so important, please sir tell the students. This is very important because the final exam is MCQ; you may know Harrison from the first page to the last page, but if you cannot apply that knowledge to solving the MCQ, all that is futile. It is very important that you solve the MCQ because the final exam is MCQ; if you are not able to answer the MCQ correctly, your knowledge doesn’t matter at all.

That can be done only by practicing, so that is very important. Now, regarding the test, so many students are afraid that if they get lesser numbers, I will get a lower rank, and I will get demotivated. So students, this is very important that you are getting a lower number in the GT or a test but not in the actual exam.

So whichever mistakes you are making here, they will always remain in your brain. So you will not make the same mistake in the actual exam. So I always keep on saying that the more mistakes you make in the test, the fewer mistakes you will make in the actual exam.

So do not get afraid of these, rather use them that you will be making lesser mistake in the actual exam. Goga sir often says if you have to make a mistake, it is better to make it in the GTs than in the final exam. It is a very important statement.

Also, NEET PG 2024 told us that the level of exams can vary a lot. The first session was comparatively easier, the second session was comparatively tougher. It is very important that you are used to different levels of GTs.

Goga sir, this time what we are doing is for both INI CET and NEET PG, we are having two levels of MCQ, one regular level, one more difficult level. Just to give the student the practice of difficult exams as well. So I want to add one more thing that even if your exam is difficult, do not worry because your percentile will be calculated from only those students which are appearing in your exam.

So percentile will balance out everything, so do not worry that he has got easier exam, I have got difficult exam, so that will not matter much. Alright sir, so let’s talk about things that are quintessential, utmost important for a preparation. We don’t have to tell you this, discipline.

Everything needs discipline. What we have seen is students who can study till the last day, who can take the preparation to the last day, more often than not they do get selected. So discipline is extremely important.

We have talked about this hundreds of times, follow a schedule. Follow a schedule as Goga sir said, when you have that pressure that I have to appear for this pharma exam three days from today, you would prepare accordingly. You would ensure that you would cover the subject by the time Goga sir comes and takes the test.

Concept building is 100% important. Similarly, some parts of your paper will always be flexible. There would be certain numbers, there would be certain figures, there would be certain things that you have to memorize, you have to memorize them.

Practice of MCQs As we said, knowledge is one thing, but applying that knowledge to solve the MCQs is another thing and is very important. Hold on to PYQs and PYTs. Goga, sir, here I want to ask you this.

What percentage of questions do you think comes from PYQs and especially from PYTs in your last 20 years of experience? So, earlier, they used to be around 80%, but even no,w they are usually 60-65%. So, usually 60% plus even in the papers when the students say PYQ to aayi nahi, even then there is 60%. So remember that 40% is a big chunk when you say that they are not in PYQs.

Even 20%, if you say 20% questions dool se aajate hain, alag se aajate hain, toh log ko lagta hai, ki ye kha se aa gaya. But they do not focus on the 80 or 70% which are being asked from the PYQs. So, PYQs and PYTs will always make a big chunk.

The interesting thing is that some of the questions that appear new to you are actually very old PYQs. That is why when we do the late-night PYQ marathons in Cerebellum, which is a daily test, we try to include the questions that were asked 8-9 years back also. Because new MCQs are often nothing but old PYQs.

And the practice of GTs, we have already talked about it. So, this is the plan. Cerebellum Mission 3.0 is launching.

And we are calling it intern early batch. And we are making a distinction in the strategy for 2 sections, as we said interns and those with a job and without a job. So, we will be starting with lap 1. Now, what it will include? For interns and post-interns without a job, your main source of study should be quick revision videos.

Now, in the Cerebellum app if you go, you will find a folder Quick Revision 2.0, which are the updated quick revision videos which were recorded in 24-25. You have to study from these quick revision videos. But I have added here plus minus mission videos.

What are mission videos? So, in Cerebellum, we have live mission classes. Mission classes are longer than the quick revision videos but shorter than the main videos. So, for those subjects in which you are weak, please use mission videos.

For the remaining subjects, you can use the quick revision videos. Goga sir, what are live E&Ds? So, basically in different subjects, we conduct the test that is called examination. Then, the teacher discusses.

So, you will be given a proper schedule that on this day, we have pharmacology 1 test. On this day, we have pharmacology 2 test. This day, medicine 1, medicine 3. So, different days are given.

You will appear for the test on that day. Then, the teacher will discuss all the questions in detail and other relevant questions which can be asked. Why is this not the answer? How to solve the MCQ? All the details will be discussed.

If you have any doubts, you can also ask the teacher also at that time. So, you will be given a proper schedule of examinations and discussions, which will be conducted live. So, live test and discussion.

Goga sir, say you are giving me 3 days to cover psychiatry or 4 days to cover psychiatry. The quick revision videos of psychiatry are like 6 hours only. So, say 3 hours, one day, 3 hours, other day because I am an intern, I don’t have much time.

In the morning, when I go to collect my sample or bring the report, what do I have to do, sir? So, basically, in between, you should keep on solving the MCQs. What you can do is you can make custom modules from whatever topic you have studied in the last 3 hours you have studied. You have seen these topics I have covered.

So, custom modules, select those topics. Make a paper of maybe 20 questions, 50 questions, or whatever questions you are likely to be solving. So, solve those questions in the custom modules.

And apart from that, obviously, you will need to appear for the E&D. Right. So, it will go something like this.

On day 1, you studied the quick revision video. The next morning, you did the custom module. In the evening, you studied the remaining part of the quick revision video.

And then the next day, you come, revise it. And then in the evening, you have live test and discussion. So, your MCQs are getting solved.

Of course, in between, we will have GTs. In cerebellum GT, we follow a motto that Goga sir will tell you. So, basically, GTs should be like the actual exam.

So, we do not try to make GTs too difficult to impress you and not too easy. So, that you think that we are highly motivated. We know a lot of things, but in an actual exam, you cannot perform.

So, the GTs in the cerebellum are actually like actual exams. So that you will get a feel for these types of questions that will be asked in the actual exam. So, we try to simulate the real exam, and we try very hard to do that.

Alright, hold on PYQs, PYTs. So, here Goga sir, I have written plus minus late night PYQ marathon. First of all, let us explain what are late night PYQ marathon.

Every day at around 11 o’clock, we make a test live, which is made of only PYQs. 40 questions, 30 questions, 50 questions and you are supposed to answer them. Why have I written plus minus? Because you are in the first phase.

You are already watching the quick revision video, you are doing the custom module. So, even if you are not able to do the late night PYQ, that is fine, because you would be asked to do this in the second lap. I will just show you the second lap.

So, if you do not have time, that is okay. We do not want to overburden you. See, all of us have done internships.

Both Goga sir and I went to UCMS Delhi. It is a college with a very hectic internship. We know that making big schedules is easy.

Following them is not going to be easy. So, we want to keep it as real as possible by trying to step ourselves into the shoes of an intern or somebody who is doing a job. So, that is why I have kept it here, plus minus.

GTs of course you have to do. We will wrap this up by July 15. Now, let us talk about the post interns without a job.

This is the big difference. For the interns and with the job, we were saying that quick revision videos would be a good main source. For you, that is not true.

You have to do mission videos. They are bigger, they are more comprehensive. And I would like to add here, try to do, obviously you have to do mission videos of all the subjects.

Plus in the mission video also, whichever topic you feel that you have not grasped properly, try to see that from the main videos also. 100 percent sir, 100 percent. There are multiple types of mission videos, because we do a lot of live classes.

If you go into the app, you will find mission 2.0, batch 3, third batch or batch 3. This is the most recent batch. It is the most updated. See the good thing about Cerebellum is, our content gets updated every 6 months.

Because we have new batches. So, that is a great thing. So, you can use these videos.

They would be in the app. Along with that, of course you also have to do the same E&Ds. Definitely you have to do custom modules, live E&Ds and GTs.

And for you, because you have more time, I have added a late-night PYQ marathon. Now, here I want to make one thing clear. Late night PYQ marathons are given in the Cerebellum app in two forms.

As we move closer to the exam, they are mixed batch, all subjects put together. When we are farther from the exam, we have late-night PYQ marathons, subject-wise. So, you can just go in the app, in the test section, click on the late night PYQs, scroll down, and you would find the late night PYQs for all the subjects, divided into different chunks, day 1, day 2, day 3. So, you have to do it accordingly.

GTs we have discussed. July 15th, we will complete the course. Alright.

So, 15th July, we complete lab 1A, where you are using quick revision videos or mission videos, plus off course questions. After 15th July, we will start with lab 1B. Now, what will happen by this time? 15th June, we have our NEET PG exam.

If the government does not postpone it, hopefully, they will not. And this time, it is unlikely they would do that. So, we would have results by, say, the end of June and by 15th July, we would start with a new batch.

So, that would be a comprehensive live batch, where all the classes would be done live. Again, all the ENDs would be done. All those things, late-night PYQ, mid-day module, everything will start.

For you guys, who already have completed one reading, you have this advantage. If you have not done so well in one of the subjects, you can attend it live. If you are already confident in it, just revise but appear for the ENDs and the GPs.

So, this is the first revision for you. For many of our students, especially post-interns, what they did? During this phase, they did two revisions. Professor, they did two revisions.

And in the morning, they would revise themselves. In the evening, they would revise with a live lecture. So, and they got great results.

So, you can do that also. This would continue again for around 90 to 100 days. And somewhere near the last week of October, we would start the Marathon INI CET.

What is Marathon, Goga Sir? So, basically, as the name suggests, in the 7 days, we will complete all the subjects, all the important points. So, like in pharmacology, in 4 hours, I will try to summarize everything which is likely to be asked in the exam. So, all these subjects will be dealt with like this.

So, there will be live coverage of all 19 subjects in the last 7 days. It’s usually an 80-hour, 7-day program. The biggest problem of students, how to revise everything in the end, gets solved with Marathon.

We hope that you do get selected in INI CET exam. But those of you who do not, then we start with the Lab 2 between INI CET and NEET PG. Depending upon how much time do we have, this could be again live classes, plus E&Ds.

If we have lesser time, only ENDs. This, we would be able to tell you only when we get to know about the dates. And then again, we will have Marathon NEET PG.

Again, 7 was, 80-hour program, this time focusing on NEET PGs. So, if you are a student who is starting today, imagine the number of revisions that you will have. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. This schedule is not that difficult.

The only thing that we are talking about is maintaining the regularity and the big word, the structure. Follow the structure. This schedule has been structured so beautifully and now that we are doing this for a couple of years, we know that the students who follow it, they get great ranks.

So, this is the rough schedule. So, we are starting from 15th of April. I will be starting the batch.

So, I would expect that on 10th, 11th, 12th, whenever you start studying, you complete the psychiatry from quick revision videos or mission videos. On the 15th, we will have a test in the morning, and this is the time of discussion. And then we will go to the other subjects.

As you can see, Physio 1, Physio 2, Patho 1, and Patho 2. For bigger subjects, we have 3 days, like Surgery, Medicine. The only one thing that I want to tell you is, Psychiatry we are having on 15th. There might be a slight modification in the schedule because we are still getting the days of the teachers.

So, there might be some changes, little bit changes. We will try to give more days to bigger subjects, slightly lesser days to shorter subjects. But this is going to be… Like, I can say that on 3rd May, you have biochemistry test.

From the 3rd to the 6th of May, you will study Pharmacology 1. We will give you the topics, which one topics will be covered in Pharmacology 1. So, for 3 days, you will have to cover half of Pharmacology. Then, I will have test. After that, you will another have 2 days for rest of the Pharmacology and again study and appear for the test.

So, you should do all the subjects. So, this we have discussed already. How to use Mission 3.0? Watch the video and do the custom model in the morning.

Whatever new information you find, add it to your notes. Revise before the E & D. Take E and D. Whatever extra information that you get, again, add to your note. Finally, try to make concise notes.

Put everything together so that you can revise it in the end. Take GTs regularly and ensure that you are completing side by side. So, one thing I would like to add is that whenever you are giving GTs, make a separate notebook for GTs.

That should be your separate notebook. Whatever questions you are making wrong in those GTs, in very brief, maybe 2 or 3 pages, write what mistakes you are making and keep on revising that. GT questions are very important because all of us make those questions and all of us try to give the best question in GT.

The idea is that this question might come in the exam or that this question will cover 2 or 3 concepts. So, GT questions are always very high aid and in Cerebellum, they are made by faculties and approved by faculties. And so, when you take Mission 3.0, along with all these things, of course, you get complete access to main videos also.

Quick revision videos also. In Cerebellum, both these videos are in English as well as English. You get complete access to Q-Bank, GTs, Late Night PYQs Marathons, BTR.

Everything is a part of it. Notes. So, we suggest that you go with quick revision notes.

They have been improved, they have been revised, they are pretty good. Some students want to write their own notes. That is okay if you want to do so.

Ensure that you can complete classes on time. Because usually what happens, say you are watching a video, you are trying to make your own notes, it takes double the time. If the note is written there, if you already have a printed note, you can just underline it.

Also, students, I would suggest one thing more. Watch videos in 1x or 1.25x. Watching videos in 2x, completing the video without anything going in your head, does not really help you. I don’t think it will, sir.

Beyond 1.25x, it doesn’t make sense. So, watching videos even at 1.5x is not recommended. Watch the videos at 1x, that will be the best thing.

And if you are thinking that teacher is a little slow, then you can make it 1.25x. Please don’t go beyond that. Otherwise, you think that you have completed the video, you get happy, but nothing has gone in your head. Not just the satisfaction of the mind, but you also need the energy.

So, that is what I am talking about. So, the timing of the classes, the E&G discussion would happen at 5.30 pm and later on in the lecture staff, they would also happen at 5.30 pm. Sir, if somebody misses a class, what happens? So, we will recommend that you try not to miss any classes. But if you miss a class, you will get the recorded video of that class, which you can access anytime.

But don’t miss it. The beauty of live sessions is that you follow the structure. Don’t miss it.

Goga, sir, what if somebody has used another resource during the final top or something? So, if you have used any another resource and you are very confident that you can complete that within that stipulated time and you have a good hold on that source, then use the same source. But if you are not confident that you will be able to complete that within the stipulated time, whichever is being provided to you, or you are thinking that that is too much or too away from the normal study which you want to do or you are not confident about that subject, then we will advise that use Cerebellum resource only. Whatever resource you use, the important thing is do not to miss any E&D.

E&D you have to appear. E&D, you have to appea,r and our experience is that all these sessions are interlinked. So, certain students in the end say that I wish I had read from the Cerebellum only.

Because Lab 1, 1A, 1B, 2, 3 everything is interlinked. So, unless you are very sure about your resource and you remember it thoroughly, of course, in that case, we would suggest that you stick to it. If not, please read from whatever we are teaching because it will help you make a continuity.

If you are not a student of Cerebellum as of today, you should be a student of Cerebellum and for that, go to the website, and you will find Mission NEET PG-INI CET 3.0. We have different plans: 6 months, 1 year, 18 months. I don’t think we remember the price, but it is something around 25K, sir, if I am not wrong. Something like that only.

Please, you can look at the price. There is a coupon code called Cerebellum, which gives you a  1000 discount, and I think as of now some discount is going on because we had 2 years anniversary for Cerebellum. So, you can use that also. You can find all these things on our social media.

So, students, in the end, we just want to summarize everything. Internship is a period where a lot of us get distracted, but if we use the time properly, we can crack the exam. In fact, we have seen most of the toppers are interns only.

Time is a problem, but then there are advantages. Structure used to be a big problem that we have solved with our mission plans. If you are somebody who is in a job, again time would be a problem, but the structure the regularity that we are giving, if you follow it you can do it and if you are a post-intern without a job, you have more time, but again you should not fall for FOMO, you should not fall for resources that you cannot complete.

There is enough time, but the intent has to be there, hard work has to be there, and if you follow all these things, you will definitely crack the exam. I’ll let Goga, si,r conclude the video.
