Registration for the second round of the Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling 2024 has begun, by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu. Medical candidates who were not selected for a seat in the first round are given another shot in the second round. Candidates can now register and fill in their preferences in the counselling process to get a seat in MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses in postgraduate medical studies in Tamil Nadu.

The second round of counselling is an important stage for students who wish to get admission to medical colleges in Tamil Nadu. The candidates who are eligible can register by visiting the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education, Tamil Nadu. It is a must for the aspirants to fill and lock in their choices of colleges and courses before the deadline.
After the registration window, seat allotment will be done. Based on the NEET PG score, preference, and the number of seats available, results will be declared. Candidates who are allotted in Round 2 should join their respective colleges within the specified time for confirmation.

- Click on the link for NEET PG Counselling 2024 Round 2.
- Register by using your NEET PG roll number and other details as asked.
- Fill in your preferred courses and colleges.
- Submit and lock your choices before the last date.
- Save and download the confirmation page for further use.

General Instruction for the candidates:
- Candidates participating in online choice filling for DNB Courses will have to deposit a non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs.1000/- for the Government Quota.
- While filling up the form at registration time, the candidate will need to pay a refundable Security Deposit (If already paid need not pay again) for the Government Quota :
For Government Medical Colleges/Institutions – Rs. 30,000/-
- All candidates should carefully read the prospectus before beginning their choice filling.
- Candidates have to be cautious while making choice.
- Candidates may make any number of changes up to locking, but the same will not be allowed if already locked. Therefore, candidates are requested to verify their choices along with the order of preferences before locking.
- If the candidate doesn’t lock his/her options until the last date (18-12-2024 10.00 AM), his/her options will be locked automatically.
