1. Submission of Instructions: You can make a request for information or deletion by emailing privacy@Cerebellumacademy.com. In the case of deletion requests, we may provide you with the option to delete specific portions of your Personal Information, but we will also prominently present the option to delete all of your Personal Information.

2. Verification Process: To comply with legal requirements, we must verify the identity of individuals who submit requests to know or delete Personal Information. We will confirm that the person making the request is the consumer whose information we have collected by comparing the identifying information provided in the request with the Personal Information we have on record. As part of this process, you will need to provide your name, email address, and mobile number (if provided by you during registration or use of the Platform). We will notify you if we are unable to verify your identity. Please note-

  1. If we are unable to verify the identity of the requester for categories of Personal Information, we may refuse the request. In such cases, we will provide a copy of our Privacy Policy to the requester or direct them to it.
  2. If we are unable to verify the identity of the requester for specific pieces of Personal Information, we are not authorized to disclose such information. However, if the request is denied for this reason, we will consider it as a request for the disclosure of categories of Personal Information about the consumer.
  3. If we are unable to verify the identity of the requester for a deletion request, we may deny the request. If we determine that there is no reasonable method to verify the identity of the requester with the required level of certainty, we will explain the reason for our inability to verify and state it in our response.

3. Authorized Agents: If you choose to use an authorized agent to submit a request to know or delete your Personal Information on your behalf, you may do so through the methods specified in this Policy. However, we may ask you to fulfill the following requirements: (1) give your authorized agent written authorization to act on your behalf; (2) verify your identity directly with us; and (3) confirm directly with us that you have given your authorized agent permission to submit the request. These requirements may not be necessary if you have given your authorized agent power of attorney according to the California Probate Code.

4. Excessive Requests: If a User’s request is deemed manifestly unfounded or excessive due to its repetitive nature, we have the option to either (1) charge a reasonable fee or (2) decline the request and explain to the User the reason for the refusal. If we decide to charge a fee, it will be based on the administrative costs associated with providing the requested information or action.

5. CCPA Non-Discrimination: We acknowledge and respect your right to not be subjected to discriminatory treatment by us as a result of exercising your CCPA rights. We do not engage in any financial incentive or offer any price or service differences, nor do we discriminate against our Users or consumers who exercise their CCPA rights.
