Why Is Round 3 Important?
This third round was initiated after the NEET PG 2024 cutoff was reduced. This cut is aimed at acquiring more candidates for seat allocations so that seats across the medical Institutions of Odisha can be properly utilised.
However, it must be noted that candidates who have already accepted a seat allocated to them in Round 1 or Round 2 of the counselling process cannot participate in Round 3. This will ensure that only fresh aspirants or those who could not be allotted a seat receive a fair chance.

- Registration: The candidates are requested to visit the official site of DMET Odisha and register before the deadline.
- Eligibility Verification: Candidates need to verify that they satisfy the eligibility criteria and do not own a seat from further rounds.
- Fill choices and lock: After registration, candidates select their desired colleges and courses, following successful registration.
- Declaration of results: Wait for the Round 3 seat allotment result to be published following schedule.
