BTR Offline Program

BTR Offline Program for NEET PG & INI CET 2025 Prep by Dr. Zainab Vora

Hi everybody, I am Dr. Zainab Vora and in this video, I am going to be talking about the upcoming offline schedules for the exams which will be common for INI CET May and NEET PG of June 15th. So thankfully for us, all of the, you know, both of the main exams are almost at the same time. So we are going to have a common program designed for both of the exams and I would believe and would want all of you to attempt both of these exams, you know.

So you have two chances to do well and that is what is ideal, you know, it is like screaming in series where I teach you screaming in parallel and series, series where you have to pass both, in parallel where you have two attempts, do well in either, you get a seat, right. So that is like series versus parallel. So this is in parallel, so that is what just taught you one topic.

So this is what is the plan now. So offline, this is the first thing, so I am going to talk about the multiple programs. So first, we are going to be talking about the main holistic program which includes everything.

So this is going to be at Vidya Jeevan, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, where we have our centre, you can see this is where we have had the two boot camps, one of which is ongoing right now. So we have a classroom and, you know, these are pictures from the first boot camp where we had a great experience with the students, right. So this is where it is going to be.

So there is going to be no more boot camp, this is one of the most frequently asked questions. So there is not going to be a boot camp now till, you know, the end of NEET PG. What we are going to have is an offline test and discussion program.

The rationale for that is now we are closer to the exam, now is not a time to learn everything from scratch, you know. In boot camp, it is in-depth, you know, lecture, subject-wise, we don’t have time for that. Now is the time to, you know, consolidate everything that you have studied, revise what you have studied and, you know, get closure of subjects.

So that’s why I felt like test and discussion was the way forward. So we are going to have a test and discussion spanning from February till June and encompassing both of the exams. So first, let me talk about the schedule and then I’ll talk about the infrastructure and complete package.

So this is what the test looks like, right, this is what the schedule looks like. So I’ve combined 2-2 subjects, one big subject, one short subject and you can see almost one in 5-6 days, one test every 5-6 days. So this gives you a clear-cut timeline as to how much time can be given to each subject because it’s time which is the limiting factor, content is never the limiting factor, right.

So this acts like your checklist that by 22nd Feb, I need to revise my surgery or ortho to get it together, appear for the test and then sit for the discussion, right. So I have penned down a few things how do you make the most of these test and discussions. So the checklist that you want to keep in your head before attempting these tests, one, you want to do active recall of BTR of these 2 subjects, right.

So believe you would have done BTR at least once before that, you want to do active recall and revision. What do I mean by active recall? So this is very important. A lot of students still don’t do this because they feel it takes up a lot of time.

But it is this time which is very very important that you put it in right now and avoid recall these mistakes, right. So what you have to do in active recall is take the unannotated PDF of surgery and now teach all the pages to somebody. You don’t have somebody to teach, say it out yourself.

And now review your notes or now review the video. This way, whatever you didn’t remember will stand out, you will remember it better. Otherwise when you’re just reviewing passively thinking it’ll take lesser time, what’s going to happen is it’s in your face.

It seems very easy. Until in the exam you forget that, oh, what was it? I know the page. I know the feeling where it was there, but I don’t remember the exact answer.

And this is the most common mistake that students make. So that is what you need to avoid. So active recall of BTR followed by revision is the first thing you want to do.

Previous year questions of surgery, ortho, you want to finish. Whatever were the weak areas in surgery or the important ones based on these 2 sources. So this gives you a roadmap.

These 2 things combined give you a roadmap that, alright, I’ve finished and done the subject holistically. Now there are a few areas which are very important. They are asking for urology very, very frequently now.

Neet had a lot of urology questions. Or you realize that rectal collapse seems very important. Is there something more to it? So for that, I will just see the notes, not even the video.

Let me just see the main notes and see is there anything extra which is given. Let me just search a YouTube video and understand what is really renin-angiotensin. I keep getting confused there.

Let me understand the types of shock. So whatever were your weaknesses, you find out from the first 2 resources and just supplement it. My best way of supplementing anything I am weak at is just to do a YouTube search.

Thousands of good videos on that topic will give you some tricks which will explain to you. Simple, efficient, and free. So that is what you do with surgery, ortho.

And then ideally you would want to do the E&Ds right now because this is the most time you will have. So BTR, E&Ds, you know, very, very useful. I mean, I am saying it myself, but this is what I feel will be the game changer.

You want to review each and every question which I have given you so far, which I have discussed, you know, because you will learn something new each time. Okay. So from 1.0 to 5.0, review the E&Ds of surgery orthopedics and the respective subjects.

So that way when you come for this discussion, you already have, you know, finished these subjects, the core of these subjects. Now in the test, I am going to give you 200 MCQs now, which means almost 100 questions from each subject. Right.

So surgery will be more, and ortho will be a little less. So 200 MCQs in total, which will be all-encompassing. Here the aim of the test and discussion would be to go more in-depth.

So these will be chosen from topics which I feel are, you know, very, very potential questions, questions which are likely to be asked. So we will go in-depth and cover those topics holistically. So actually we are completing these subjects via 200 topics.

That is the aim. The discussion is going to be more in-depth than what we do online, because online I assume that you are coming from, you know, BTR, you are coming from knowledge and I take it from there. Here I am going to assume that we have to complete a subject through MCQs and we are going to discuss each topic in detail.

Right. So that is what it is going to be. So you attempt these tests, it is going to be 200 MCQs, 200 minutes, right.

And from that, what we are going to do, so it will become an average of INI CET,  NEET PG the timing. So 200 MCQs, 200 minutes. After that, we shall be discussing.

The discussion would be around 4 to 5 hours at least. Right. Because you want to discuss everything in detail.

So that is your closure of surgery, ortho. You take the rest of that day and maybe some part of the next day and just finish reviewing everything and closing it. Right.

So active recall of courses again, closure of surgery, ortho. Right. So this is about each of the subjects.

So this is what the timeline looks like. You have biochem, FMT next, and micro ENT. So one big, one small subject.

Then I have divided the systems into two parts. So we have 11th March, 17th March. You have obs-gyn, radio, PSM, anesthesia, anatomy and three small subjects in the end.

This will be followed by three GTs before INI CET. So three full-length GTs will be doing again 200 MCQs. These will be the INI CET pattern.

So these will be before INI. So the 18th of May is your INI CET exam and then the following INI CET one on the 8th of June. So this is what is the plan for the test and discussion.

So now let me talk about the other program which we have, which is your four-day BTR. Okay. So four four-day BTR.

Till now I was doing three three-day BTR. I have increased it to four days because I felt like three days is becoming a little overwhelming for the students and by the third-day people are ready to crash, you know. So I just thought we could make it a little more balanced and easier to digest and I could add some more information.

Right. So I’ll also add PYQs this time around. So this becomes a four-day offline revision.

This is only theory, no mock test, nothing. So this is a four-day revision course. We will practice PYQs, but that’s just, you know, as MCQs without any sort of a computer-based test.

So this is what is our four-day offline revision course. The fees are 6000. We are doing it in four cities.

So Kolkata in April, Delhi, this is Chennai, 22-23rd April. And Hyderabad from 28th April to 1st of May. How to make the most of this? You should have, you know, completed one to two revisions by this time.

So that way what you’re doing in class is not coming to make notes, please. You are coming there for revision. There you want to do active recall along with me revise these subjects, you know, and write only what you know.

A workbook will be given to you, which will be a new workbook for offline sessions, you know, and only write what you don’t know so that, you know, when you go back from those four-day classes, you know that this is the stuff I need to focus on now. The most important topics of each subject will be covered, followed by the recent previous year’s questions. So the schedule is 12 hours, 9 am to 9 pm.

And this is how I will divide the subjects into four subjects in one day, the fifth on the last. And we will be doing integrated systems on day three. Right.

So this is what is about the four-day program. Now, what you need to remember is we have a complete package where you will get access to the T & D offline program. This is what is happening at Vidya Jeevan where the first test which I mentioned, all of these tests will be happening in a testing facility.

Right. So this is where you will be attempting the test offline at the testing centre in an environment which is very similar, a little better than your actual testing environment. Right.

So that’s the main point here. The point is not content. The point is the feeling of giving the actual exam and then discussing it on the same day.

So this is at Vidya Jeevan where we have three, you know, things. So we have Sabar, which is the classroom, the lecture room where we will be discussing. The testing area is called Shukr and then you have a cafeteria.

So this testing area is also going to serve, there are going to be cubicles where you are going to be studying. So this is your testing cum reading room. Right.

So this is what you get access to in the complete package. You get the T & D offline program. You get to choose offline at any one centre, which I mentioned as the four-day course.

And then there is one more four-day course that I am going to be doing following INI CET. Right. So let’s talk about that first.

So this is the mock GT program. So this is going to be a special four-day program at Vidya Jeevan where I am going to give you four mock GTs, full mock GT followed by discussion, followed by discussion, followed by discussion. So this is going to be here.

Right. So this is going to be held in after. So this is going to be held after your INI CET.

So this is from 30th May to 2nd June. So from 30 May to 2nd June, you are going to have this program. So this is also a part of the complete package.

Right. So that is what you need to remember here. Apart from that, you get self-study.

So the main attraction here is that from the 12th of Feb till the 15th of June, you get access to this facility. You can use the cubicles. Right.

So you can use the cubicles for self-study. Spend your entire day here because there are going to be many, many students that you will see around yourself who are studying, preparing, you know, in that atmosphere. So that’s the real push that you’re going to get.

Everybody studying surgery ortho around you. Right. They’re preparing for the test.

You’re also preparing for the test. Right. So you use this facility here at Vidya Jeevan.

Right. And from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. it’s going to remain open for all of this duration. So basically what is included here, the complete facility and everything that happens here essentially.

So the complete test and discussion program offline at any city of your choice and the mock GT four-day program from 30th May to 2nd of June. Right. So the price for this is 32,000 for the first 200 people and then it becomes 35,000.

This includes everything. Right. Now coming to option two, which you have.

Option two is where if you say that, ma’am, I just want to attempt test and discussion. Let’s say you live in Delhi and you don’t want to study at Vidya Jeevan and you don’t want access to the offline programs. I just want the test and discussion to give you alignment.

We have a special plan for just T&D. Right. So this is what the facility looks like.

Very beautiful place. So this is where you’re going to have only T&D. Doesn’t include self-study, doesn’t include the four-day programs.

So the price for this is 12.5K to 15K. Right. If you just want to avail offline programs in different cities, can be attempted as a different option.

If you just want this four-day mock GT following INI CET, you can just avail of this. So in total four options, the complete package includes everything, the use of the Vidya Jeevan facility, the use of computers, and the use of the self-study room. Right.

Everything is here, just the T&D program. So just to recapitulate, just T&D program is available separately and then our four-day offline in the four cities. No other cities are going to be added because I become the limiting factor there.

So travelling becomes really difficult. So doing four cities which you know where we can access most of the students and we will have the other daily programs at Vidya Jeevan. I’ve announced the cities and the venues of different cities in my telegram post.

So you can check that out where the venues are. So that is what the announcement is. Just a disclaimer.

You know, if you are not able to attend any of it and you are already doing online BTR, please don’t have FOMO. Right. So here the main attraction is not the content.

The main point is that you get this atmosphere where you can study along with your colleagues who are also preparing for the same exam. It’s the atmosphere. It’s the offline testing experience and, you know, a discussion where, you know, at length we shall be covering these topics.

This will not be available online. So online T&D already going on, and will go on as planned. Don’t worry about that.

What will happen to us? Nothing. It goes on as planned. Right.

So don’t have to worry about online BTRs. This is completely independent of it. So if you are somebody who thrives in an offline atmosphere, this is for you.

If you are somebody who is doing well at home studying, please go on as you were doing. No need to have any FOMO and that is coming from my end that I’ll be teaching you online and it’s me as the same person. So if you are somebody who thrives in an atmosphere like this, I think this is the place for you.

And that is what is the plan. So I hope that answers most of the questions. If you have any other doubts, you can write them in the comment section or you can reach out to the team for the same and we shall be, you know, helping you.

So thank you so much and see you all soon.
